The Martin D-13E Retro Walnut brings upgraded tone and timeless style to the Road Series. It features a solid spruce top and solid black i walnut back and sides in a gloss finish for rich sustain, strong bass,and clear, balanced tone. Walnut—known locally as “Pennsylvania rosewood”—adds warmth and tonal complexity that rival more traditional tonewoods. The Dreadnought body and scalloped X- bracing deliver bold projection and dynamic response, while the Performing Artist neck with high-performance taper ensures smooth playability. Style 28-inspired visual appointments nod to iconic Martin design, and with versatile E1 electronics, a built-in tuner, and a softshell case, this guitar is built for players who know where they're headed—and need the right tool to take them there.
