As per the ACCC Website, you are not entitled to a refund  if you 'simply change your mind' or are responsible for the damage.

When you buy, you should choose carefully. You don't automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind. We do suggest that you research products before purchasing.

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

If in the event you wish to cancel an order you will be charged a $30 admin fee and 20% restocking if we have placed the order with a supplier. THese are charges for the labour to replace the parts when they have been picked, packed and invoiced.

We ask that you research parts carefully before buying. Purchase of any non-licenced part as a replacement spare part is at your own risk. Some branded replacement parts also require professional installation to fit correctly. If in doubt we will be happy to advise further and confirm suitability before purchase.
