To elevate its aesthetic appeal, the body is elegantly framed with single-ply cream binding along both the top and back.

In keeping with the style of the early 1960s models, the mahogany neck is crafted with a SlimTaper profile, offering a slimmer and faster-playing experience in contrast to the more robust Rounded C profile found on the ES-335 50s. The neck integrates a bound rosewood fretboard, featuring 22 medium jumbo frets embellished with small block acrylic inlays, resonating with the traditional look of its 60s predecessors. At the headstock, high-quality Grover Rotomatic tuners with distinctive milk bottle buttons work in tandem with the Graph Tech nut, ensuring impeccable tuning stability.
