Nothing shines quite like a diamond, and this new synth is a true gem for both vintage synth lovers and modern pop producers. You’ve asked, and Behringer delivered: introducing the Behringer JN-80, a fully analogue, 8-voice polyphonic synthesizer inspired by the legendary Juno 60. Behringer went to great lengths to faithfully recreate the iconic sound of the original Juno 60. At the heart of the JN-80 is a meticulously engineered signal path built around genuine DCOs, a rich 24 dB low-pass VCF based on the original 3109 chip, and a classic VCA architecture, all working in harmony to deliver the unmistakable tone of a vintage classic. And yes, the lush BBD chorus is here too, just like you remember it.

The JN-80 features eight fully polyphonic voices, with flexible poly, unison, and dual modes. Whether you’re sculpting massive basslines, soaring VCO leads, or shimmering analogue pads, the JN-80 gives you the tools to bring your sound to life in a way that is warm, wide, and full of character. It includes 200 presets featuring 100 premium sounds from Ultimate Patches; you can hear the authenticity and power of the JN-80 in the JN-80 Ultimate Patches Volume 3, located in banks A through E, which are marked with a ¥ symbol at the end of each patch name. Furthermore, an additional premium set of 200 JN-80 Ultimate Patches, volumes 1 and 2, is now available at a very affordable price from ultimatepatches.com.

Add movement and groove with the integrated arpeggiator, complete with an adjustable-rate slider and multiple playback modes including up, down, and up/down. If you need even more control, you can connect an external tap tempo pedal to lock in your rhythm with pinpoint precision. Sound design should be fun, and the JN-80 delivers exactly that with a tactile, knob-per-function interface. You can dial in your tone with dedicated controls for the LFO, DCO, HPF, VCF, VCA, envelopes, and chorus. From lush, cinematic pads to pulsing cyberpunk arpeggios, the JN-80 is your playground for sonic exploration.

While the original Juno let you store a handful of patches, Behringer has taken things to the next level. The JN-80 lets you save up to 400 presets, each with a unique “compare and match” feature that helps you quickly align your analogue controls with stored settings. It is where vintage workflow meets modern convenience. You’ve waited long enough, and now it’s finally here; the Behringer JN-80 captures the magic of one of the most beloved analogue synths of all time and brings it into the hands of today’s creators.
