The Fairytale is a Lapsteel guitar with solid mahogany body. It is equipped with two cartridges, an integrated capo-pod and our ingenious multibender system. We are proud of our new Duesenberg Fairytale Lapsteel in their elegant gold-burst lacquer finish and many updated details, For example, the latest generation of the Duesenberg Multibover, the improved integrated capo pod and the pickup combination with the new, unclamped PH-90 "Single Twin" Singlecoil in combination with the proven Grand Vintage Humbucker.

The multiplier is operated by the handball of the play hand. It is freely configurable in its mode of operation.

Up to six levers per string - can be mounted. In addition, the integrated capodaster, which runs in a rail in the aluminum fingerboard, allows free movement in all keyboards, without having to do without Lapsteel-typical licks and riffs, including the leaser strings.

A roll saddle provides tuning stability, the Duesenberg Little Toaster pickup for a clear and loud sound, which also excellently harmonizes with distortion pedals and distorted amplifiers. And the Duesenberg Speed ​​Pot tone control operates with a control path of only 70 ° (usually 180 °) to produce the typical tone swells of the Lapsteeler.
