Q. Where is my shipping information or a tracking number?
We try very hard to make sure we receive this information as soon as our warehouse team has packed an item and the couriers give us this data. Please check your account for updates to tracking numbers and shipping updates.

Q. It's been a week and I have not had any information on the shipping of my item?
Our team diligently try to pick your item, pack and send your item to the courier as soon as we receive the order. Sometimes there are delays or backlogs from our warehouse or from our freight providers. Unfortunately, these circumstances can be out of our control (for eg. depots being shut because of COVID outbreaks). Our team will notify you if these issues do occur and we appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
